Qingdao Zemeijia Packaging Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, based in Qingdao, China, with a 12,000-square-meter modern production base and a team of over 180 professional technical employees.

With more than 28 years (two generations) of deep focus on custom packaging, we have evolved into an integrated manufacturer specializing in design, R&D, production and distribution. To date, our products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions including the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, the United States, Australia and Brazil, earning wide recognition from global retail, food and industrial buyers.

Production Capacity & Facilities

We have built a fully automated end-to-end production system, equipped with more than 12 fully automatic production lines and over 37 sets of auxiliary processing equipment, including high-speed 5-color offset printing presses, automatic laminating machines, high-precision automatic die-cutters, fully automatic cardboard gift box lines, intelligent corrugated box lines and automatic folder gluers.

Our integrated workflow covers design, plate making, printing, laminating, die-cutting, box gluing and quality inspection, enabling full closed-loop process management. With 24/7 production capacity, our monthly output exceeds 12 million units, allowing us to stably support both small-batch trial orders and large-scale wholesale orders of millions of pieces.

To maintain our technological edge, we upgrade production equipment every 2–3 years and have deployed a digital MES production management system, which delivers full visibility across every order, every process and every batch. This ensures production progress, quality standards and lead times are always under precise control.

We also run weekly technical training and process assessments for all frontline staff and technical teams, to continuously improve production efficiency and process accuracy, and guarantee on-time, consistent delivery for every order.

We have established a three-tier quality inspection system: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final Quality Control (FQC). From raw material sourcing, color management and processing to final packaging and warehousing, every process node is inspected by dedicated QC staff in strict compliance with international quality standards.

Our factory is equipped with a professional color management lab and physical performance testing equipment. We strictly control printing color difference within the international standard ΔE ≤ 2, and conduct regular tests on paper bursting strength, edge crush resistance and folding endurance. Our final product pass rate consistently stays above 99.6%, ensuring every batch meets the stringent requirements of global markets.
