1. How can I get a sample?

Samples are normally free, but air courier charges are usually paid by the customer; because your box is customized, the sample box charge varies. Please ask our sales staff. Note: We will refund the sample fee if you place an order in the future.

After placing an order, please also inform us of your account number, courier company (such as DHL or FedEx), company name, address, zip code, contact person, and phone number.

2. Can I get your product price list?

Of course. Please let us know the details of your requirements, such as size, thickness, color, weight/m², raw material requirements, end use, etc. We will provide you with a quote as soon as possible.

3. OEM or Custom Orders. Can we place orders in OEM styles, or produce our own branded products? Are you a factory?

Of course. OEM or custom orders are welcome. All you need to do is send us a drawing of your requested style, and we will submit a sample for your approval.

4. Payment Terms. How do we arrange payment?

T/T (Wire Transfer), 30% down payment, balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading;

5. Delivery Time: How long will it take for us to receive the goods?

Once the order and payment are confirmed, we will arrange production. It will take 7-10 days for us to arrange production and reserve shipping space in advance before shipment is ready.
