The liquid version is more suitable for monochrome prints based on text and lines and prints with low quality requirements. However, in recent years, due to the requirements of printing costs and green environmental performance of materials, the number of carton factories that have switched to liquid printing has been increasing.

What is the difference between platemaking solvents?

After the solid plate undergoes exposure reaction, the non-exposed part should be dissolved with organic solvent, so that the cured font can be highlighted on the plate for printing, so the non-biodegradable perchloroethylene solvent that is seriously polluting the environment needs to be used throughout the plate-making process. The liquid version is rinsed with water + neutral detergent, which is pollution-free and more environmentally friendly.
