Zemeijia Reverse Feedback Day

We all really look forward to our company's Reverse Feedback Day every month on the 21st. This event is all about making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. We really believe that every employee's voice matters, and we want to create a space where everyone can feel at ease. The process is really easy: we put a feedback box in the meeting room, and everyone can anonymously submit slips detailing three things they want the company to improve.

Once the suggestions are collected, the formal structure dissolves. We all sit around chatting casually, with leaders joining us to discuss how to put each suggestion into practice. This freedom allows people to speak their minds openly, turning anonymous wishes into collective expectations.

This month's suggestions were practical and realistic. Requests included more favorite snacks for afternoon tea, the desire for fresh flowers in the office, and more relaxed monthly team activities. The response is immediate and practical. When KTV singing was suggested for the next team event, leaders gave immediate approval. Colleagues even instantly recommended reliable suppliers when the topics of snacks and flowers came up.

This active listening and willingness to improve the work environment strengthens our sense of belonging. We truly believe this Reverse Feedback Day is a great initiative that makes us all feel valued. We can't wait for our next gathering on the 21st!
