The core design of a pizza box solves one key conflict: keeping heat inside while allowing proper air circulation. Freshly baked pizza releases lots of hot steam. If the box is fully sealed, water vapor will condense inside and turn the crust soggy, ruining the original taste.
Zemeijia’s standard pizza boxes are crafted from corrugated paper, mostly 3-layer E-flute. This material stays rigid and won’t bend easily, offering solid support and protection for pizza. The wavy inner structure of corrugated paper creates air pockets, which work as insulation to hold heat well.
To drain excess moisture, Zemeijia pizza boxes come with dedicated vent holes. Some styles have cut-out vents on the lid; others use asymmetric die-cut openings to let steam escape from both top and bottom, keeping pizza crust dry.
For longer delivery routes, we add an aluminum foil lining inside certain Zemeijia pizza boxes. The foil reflects heat to lock warmth inside the package, and also stops condensed moisture from soaking through the paper box.
