Recently, ZMJ Packaging completed a sample customization project for flower hand-held cake boxes for New Zealand customers, simultaneously delivering two surface treatment samples, bright film and matte film, to provide customers with a visual and tactile comparison of the two laminating processes, helping overseas baking brands complete packaging selection.
This cake box adopts a handheld folding color box structure, and the main visual design of the box body adopts hand drawn line drawing of autumn crabapple flower patterns. The overall style is soft and exquisite, which fits the aesthetic positioning of overseas light luxury baking and dessert gift boxes. The box type comes with an integrated handheld structure, requiring no additional accessories, and is easy to fold and shape, suitable for retail packaging scenarios such as cakes and dessert souvenirs.
The focus of this sampling is to set up two groups of control samples:
·bright film and matte film: ·Bright film version: High gloss surface, higher color saturation in printing, bright floral lines, outstanding waterproof and scratch resistant performance, strong visual impact on shelf display;
·Matte film version: Low reflective matte texture, delicate and high-end touch, weakens mirror reflection, highlights the artistic atmosphere of hand drawn flowers, and is commonly used in high-end gift boxes.
From the perspective of production verification, the sample is made of high weight white card substrate, with strict control over die-cutting and indentation accuracy. After folding, the box shape is stiff, and the load-bearing area is reinforced to ensure stability. In overseas export packaging projects, the laminating process not only beautifies the appearance, but also protects the printing surface, resists moisture, friction and wear during sea transportation, and ensures that the gift box remains intact after long-distance transportation.
The ZMJ Packaging R&D team introduces that in the baking markets of Oceania such as New Zealand and Australia, brand customers are increasingly valuing the aesthetic expression and craftsmanship details of packaging. This time, we provide dual version samples at once, so that customers do not have to wait for bulk orders, and can evaluate the differences between different laminating schemes in real photos, supermarket displays, and tactile sensations in advance, greatly shortening the decision-making cycle for new product packaging.
