ZMJ Packaging Provides Customized Breathable Corrugated Box for the Brazilian Biotechnology Project

ZMJ Packaging has completed the physical printing trial production of customized breathable biological agent corrugated boxes for Brazilian customers. The mass-produced printed samples will be delivered to customers for color, perforation process, and box structure review. The packaging is used for cross-border sea transportation of biological control beneficial insects and serves the South American greenhouse pest management project.

This packaging is different from ordinary freight cardboard boxes. The core design highlight of the product is that multiple rows of precision punched breathable holes are reserved around the box. The breathable hole ensures continuous air circulation in the biological preparation bag inside the box, avoiding the failure of the contents caused by a closed environment, which is the functional core of biological product packaging.

We have prepared two types of samples for our customers: glossy lamination and matte lamination.

The box adopts E-shaped color printing corrugated structure, and four-color printing presents brand vision: white and green are the main colors, matched with brand logo, product name, contact information, and storage and transportation identification. The printing color reproduction is stable, and the text and icons are clear and sharp. The box adopts a pre folded locking bottom structure, which is easy to assemble. The corrugated substrate has good anti extrusion performance and is suitable for warehousing and logistics conditions from overseas shipping to Brazil.

This delivery is not a simple sample, but a trial production product completed using a complete set of bulk molds, ink, and corrugated substrates for customers to fully verify the printing effect, punching breathability, and box structure stability.
